This initiative is targeted to focus on aspects of poverty alleviation, food accessibility and the growth of a plethora of clean fruit and vegetables that we will be able to use in the bakery, restaurant and salad bar. We want to work with The City of Calgary to find 4 locations where we are able to transform our community and city. By combining architecturally exquisite properties with garden growth systems and vertical growth technology.
This will allow us to grow food year round, while decreasing our costs and expenses on quality produce. This initiative will not only be the foundation to all our food based programs, but it will have a exponential, legacy and long term impact on our clients quality of life. But it will also influence our cities standard of living, property value, and international recognition & status. And is a strategic solution to the current crisis of food inequality and wastage. It will allow for growth cycles to be planned based on needs, and produce to stay fresh longer, without the need for transportation and importation.
