This initiative with the support of volunteers, our certified culinary partners and medical professionals, will allow us to enhance our commitment to nutritional health. Creating new menus that offer a variety of micronutrients, vitamins, macronutrients, amino acids, peptides, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids.
This will assist us in addressing and eradicating the wide spread health concerns, issues and areas of focus that this vulnerable populations struggles with the most, such as malnutrition and malabsorption. That lead to deficiencies, long term health concerns, disease, cellular degeneration, damage, mental and neurological health, to name a few. We will be able to use nutrigenomics research, and the support of our specialist advisors to make a profound difference for those that need food the most.
This program will also offering teaching opportunities with interns & world class chefs, for our clientele that we serve, who want to lean how to cook, and want to take on the roll and responsibility within the restaurant.
